Sambala is a sustainable development built for investors who wish for a Lifestyle and business investment. The resort is located on the south east of Santiago Island, Cape Verde and is approximately a 15 minute drive away from the international airport at Praia (the capital city).

Vivendas de Santiago is the 2nd phase and has Townhouses available off-plan, villas all sold out.

Fogo Villas is the 3rd phase which is an exclusive Villa development. Villas are available now off-plan.
