Standard Letting Offer
Income structure
Sambala will manage the lettings on behalf of the owner. This is an uncapped return at 75% of the gross return (10% charge for marketing and 15% charge for administration and maid services). Resort Maintenance and other fees will be charged as per normal to the owner of the property.
Personnal Usage
Owners are automatically entitled to book 4 weeks personnal use (2 weeks in peak season, 2 weeks in mid- low season) and retain the option to reserve unlimited extra weeks subject to the appropriate advance written notice.
Start Date
Commences immediately and owners can benefit from early pre-launch income streams subject to qualifying factors below.
Key qualifying factors
- Property furnished to resort standards
- Evidence of property insurance in force
- Full legal ownership via escritura or declaration
- Utilities connection paid (fees & deposit)
- Signed Standard Rental Agreement
Sambala's Standard Rental Offer will generate 10% ROI per annum based on moderate 65% occupancy (5% ROI based on 40%).
Bank account
Investors who are in a rental scheme, or are considering entering into a scheme, must open a bank account on Cape Verde.
