While the resort is in readiness to open its doors to owners and guests in early 2009, this is a good time to appreciate the scale of the project. This is a 'try before you buy' offer and the investor can gain an accurate impression as the first part of the resort approaches completion.
The Offer*:
- Free accommodation for up to two people at Sambala Village, Sambala Resort
- Free transfer to and from Praia international airport (takes fifteen minutes)
- Re-imbursement of two return flights (within Europe) for up to two people should they reserve a property during their stay, and then subsequently buy
- Free Sambala hamper on arrival (Sambala three day food pack)

The Itinerary
DAY 1
Morning - Tour of Sambala land parcel including:
- Description of future resort phases and facilities and location.
- Visit to the De-salination plant and the beach at Sao Francisco Bay
- Lunch on the beach, or at 'Nos Trapiche' (bar/ restaurant at Sambala Village)
Afternoon - Optional activity
- Trip to Cidade Velha and the 16th century fort of Sao Filipe on the Ribeira Grande, returning via the Praia Plato, (price on request)
Or
- Relax by the Pool in Sambala Village
Evening - Evening Meal
- At Nos Trapiche or in Praia (if you are on the trip)
DAY 2
- Tour of the Island including Tarrafal in the north, Assomada and a trip through the mountainous central area. (price on request)
Or
- Relax by the pool or Sao Francisco Beach
Early Evening- Presentation
- One to One presentation with our Sambala representative, at Sambala Village.
Evening - Evening Meal
- Dinner in Praia (taxi prices on request) or at Nos Trapiche on Sambala Village.
DAY 3
- Check out and free transfer to the airport
Terms:
- All flights to be organised by the investor
- Sambala retain the right to accommodate visitors in a property of its choosing, subject to availability
- Re-imbursement of the cost of two return flights will be discounted off the value of the first stage payment (promissory) and is up to the value of €1500
- All meals, Taxis and other costs are at the expense of the visitors apart from those mentioned in the offer
