What is the build schedule? Phase 1 Sambala Village is currently completing in sub-phase order. One hundred and fifty properties are already complete, and have habitation licences, the build is schedule dot complete in Early 2009. Phase 2 Vivendas de Santiago is currently at infrastructure completion and foundations stages and will move swiftly through a build schedule which has the first properties completing in December 2008 & all construction complete by Mid 2009. Phase 3 Vivendas de Fogo is currently in detailed construction planning with the Cape Verde authorities and is expected to commence in Mid 2009 with an approximate 18 month Build Schedule. |
